After submitting your resume, we will consider it as your confidential job profile. However, you can always apply for open positions on our website by referring to a suitable job and then clicking on I am interested.

Q: What happens after submitting my resume?

A: If your skills and expertise go well with the requirements of an open position, recruiters will contact you. At our company, we get new job requests every single day, so it is recommended to check back frequently. To increase your chances of getting hired, you should continue to apply to those positions that suit your background, skills, and credentials.

Q: I was interviewed but didn’t get a call from the employer, what should I do?  

A: There may be a few possible reasons that you did not get a call after the interview. It may happen that the position you applied for has been filled or your expertise does not suit the client’s requirements. We have new job positions every day and hence, we recommend that you should keep your resume updated. It is better to continue to apply for other available opportunities that suit your skill sets.

Q: Do I require a skills assessment test?

Work Criterion and Sponsorship

Q: I have relocating plans and looking for work in a new location. Can you help me find a job?

A: At Infotree Global Solutions, we do not usually provide relocation services. However, we have offices in more than 18 countries worldwide, depending on where you will be moving, you can contact our office there and talk to recruiter to learn about the open positions.

Q: Do you sponsor visas?

A: No, we do not.  However, it is recommended to let your recruiter know up front that you will need it so that it is easy for them to determine the possibility of options for you. Find our open positions.

Timesheets and Payroll

Q: What is the way to report my time?

A: Timesheets are accessible through your online job profile. You can click Timesheets at the top right on this page, then select Submit Timesheets. You just need to fill the required fields and you can access your timesheet.

Q: I have not received my login information. What should I do?

A: First, you should check your email if you have got an auto-generated email from us with your login credentials. However, if you have not received it, you can contact our Customer Service to request new login credentials. Get in touch with us info@infotreeglobal.com

Q: How can I see past timesheets?

A: Timesheets from the last 12 months are available online. You can login to your online profile to access past timesheets, log in to your online profile.

Q: What is your payroll process?

A: You should submit the hours for approval before weekend. Then payroll is processed on the first day of week. With direct deposit, you can access the funds which are available within 24-48 hours.
